This is the first-ever session of Life Force Fusion—a 90-minute guided experience blending Qi Gong, Breathwork, and Meditation to awaken your energy, deepen your presence, and leave you feeling lighter, grounded, and spacious.
No experience is required - all beings are welcome!

What to Expect:
Using balls to massage, stretch and realign your body - take home the ability to self-care in the most cost-effective way possible! We will address the most problematic issues from the top down. Expect new relief for your shoulders, back, hips and feet!
