We are happy to provide you with Wi-Fi service while at You + Me Studio. The legal terms of our Wi-Fi Policy are listed in this document. A more simply put summary of the legal terms has been provided for your reference only and is not legally binding.

Introduction

Thank you for your interest in booking You + Me Studio, also referred to as we, us, or our in this document. The following Wi-Fi Policy is in effect with the use of our Wi-Fi service. Please read this Wi-Fi Policy carefully.

Simply Put

This is the list of our terms you must agree to in order to use the Wi-Fi service in our studio.

Our Waiver of Liability

By using our internet service, you agree to follow our Wi-Fi policy and you acknowledge that there are security, privacy and confidentiality risks inherent in accessing or transmitting information through the internet. As uch, you agree that You + Me Studio is not liable for any interception or transmission of viruses, worms, losss of data, file corruption or hacking or damage to your devices that result from your use of our Wi-Fi. If you do not agree with the terms of our Wi-Fi Policy, you may not use our internet service.

Simply Put

You may use the Wi-Fi while in our studio but just know that bad things could happen while you are using the internet. You + Me Studio is not responsible if it does happen.

We Disclaim All Warranties and Terms

We provide internet connection on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we are not responsible for any interruptions or performance issues with the internet connection. We disclaim all warranties and terms as to the availability, operation, security and use of our internet service, and you waive any and all claims against us resulting from your use of our internet service.

Simply Put

The internet connection may not function at 100% or at all. You + Me Studio is not responsible for any loss caused by these potential connection issues.

Our Discretion

Use of our Wi-Fi is at the sole discretion of You + Me Studio, and your access may be terminated at any time and for any reason, including violating our Wi-Fi Policy with respect to prohibited uses.

Simply Put

We have the right to decide who may use our Wi-Fi.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Wi-Fi in any way that violates any applicable law, or that will harm You + Me Studio or any third party. Examples of illegal and unacceptable use include:

+  Spamming and any invasion of privacy;

+  High bandwidth operations;

+  Engaging in activity that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others;

+  Impersonating others;

+  Accessing illegally other computers, accounts and equipment;

+  Uploading, sharing, hosting, publishing or transmitting obscene material or information that is harassing, libellous, pornographic or otherwise unlawful;

+  Using our Wi-Fi to make available defamatory, abusive or threatening language

+  Hacking;

+  Distribution of internet viruses, worms, trojan horses, email spamming, denial of service attacks, etc.;

+  Intercepting files or other communications;

Simply Put

You can only use our Wi-Fi for lawful and acceptable purposes. Be respectful of others and do not break internet etiquette rules.

Breach of Policy

Breaching our Wi-Fi Policy may result in criminal or civil liability, and we may co-operate with authorities with any investigations.

Do not break the rules or there may be legal consequences.
