Classes are Fridays October 20th - November 24th 11:00am - 12:15pm
Stretch for Strength - Building lean resiliency with a yoga practice focused on functional mobility.
Everyone welcome, individualized modifications offered. Classes will include:
Structured breath work
Functional warm up
Full body stretch & strength exercises
Therapeutic release work using facia balls and foam rollers
Yoga Nidra style shavasana/relaxation
