Come join Sarah Oliver of Living Well Body Works for her 6-Week Stretch for Strenght Yoga Series at You + Me Studio.

Classes are Fridays October 20th - November 24th 11:00am - 12:15pm

Stretch for Strength - Building lean resiliency with a yoga practice focused on functional mobility.

Everyone welcome, individualized modifications offered. Classes will include:

  • Structured breath work

  • Functional warm up

  • Full body stretch & strength exercises

  • Therapeutic release work using facia balls and foam rollers

  • Yoga Nidra style shavasana/relaxation
