Join Stephanie Grozell for her 6-week Explore Pilates class series at You + Me Studio. This series will be Saturdays 9:15 am - 10:15 am from May 13th to June 24th.
Explore Pilates is a slower paced class that explores connection, movement, and curiosity within our bodies. It focuses on both the fundamentals of Pilates; breathe, control, concentration, and flow as well as how our bodies move, breathe, and speak to us. This class is suitable for most people with injuries or movement limitations and is a great choice for beginners.
