Jessy from The Sweat Project has added a second class to her 6-week workout series. Join her on Thursday nights at 5:30pm at You + Me Studio starting June 22nd!
This full body strength class includes lots of core conditioning, cardio endurance and a restorative stretch to end the workout. Don’t forget about the sweat and amazing beats that Jessy will be brining to class. This well balanced workout is great for all levels of fitness!
