Jessy from The Sweat Project is teaching a 6-week workout series Tuesday nights at 7:00pm at You + Me Studio starting April 25th!
This full body strength class includes lots of core conditioning, cardio endurance and a restorative stretch to end the workout. Don’t forget about the sweat and amazing beats that Jessy will be brining to class. This well balanced workout is great for all levels of fitness!
