Join Melanie December 29th from 6:00pm-8:00pm for a evening of Yoga Nidra + Sound. This special two-hour workshop will begin with a gentle yoga practice on your back to help you prepare the body for stillness. A guided Yoga Nidra meditation will follow along with a soothing sound bath.
Warm herbal tea will be offered upon arrival, and a delicious seasonal vegan treat will be served after.
