Join Stephanie Grozell for her 10-week Yogalates class series at You + Me Studio. This series will be Saturdays 10:30am - 11:30am from January 6th to March 23rd (no class January 20th + February 24th).
Yogalates - This is a combination class where you flow through a Yoga style warm up, explore deeper core activation and mobility work with Pilates exercises, and then find some longer more restorative stretches to cool down. This class will offer some higher energy, a bit of cardio challenge, and more challenging strength components. It is a great next step for those who have done an Explore Pilates class and are interested in increasing the level of challenge, or for anyone interested in exploring the compliment of both Yoga and Pilates in on session. This class is not suitable for those with injuries or some movement limitations.
